RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Kidsluna, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you experience any issues with the products you purchased, you can easily request a return or exchange in accordance with the terms outlined below.

1. Return Period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Unfortunately, requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

For a return or exchange to be processed, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, untried, unwashed, and in resellable condition.

  • The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for underwear, socks, and personal care products.

  • Return conditions for promotional or discounted items may vary depending on the campaign rules.

3. Return and Exchange Process

You can initiate your return or exchange request by sending an email to kidslunastore@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, reason for return, and product details in the email.

Once your request is approved, you will be provided with return shipping instructions.

After the product is received by us, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days and a return approval will be issued.

For approved returns, the product amount will be refunded via your original payment method.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in cases of defective or incorrect products).

For exchanges, the initial shipment is covered by us, while the reshipment is the customer's responsibility.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If your order includes a manufacturing defect, incorrect item, or damage caused by shipping, you must prepare a damage report with the courier at the time of delivery.

Products with a damage report will be prioritized in the return/exchange process, and all shipping costs will be covered by us.

6. Right to Cancel

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it by email and receive a full refund.
